Shipping Policy

Shipping policy effective date August 4th, 2026. At EnokAka, we work to get your order out as quickly and safely as possible. All of our items are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. During holidays or high-volume times, processing might take a little longer. For shipping times, once your order is processed, U.S. orders arrive in about 5 to 10 business days, Canadian orders in 7 to 15 business days, and international orders generally take between 10 and 20 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your order has multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages. If a package seems lost or delayed, reach out to your support email and we'll help you sort it out. Just make sure your shipping address is correct when you check out.
